Salary:₹50,000 - ₹60,000 per month

We are hiring an experienced General Manager to lead the full operations of our outlet in Gorakhpur. The GM will be responsible for daily operations, team management, guest satisfaction, and overall business performance.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations.
- Lead and supervise the entire FOH & BOH team.
- Ensure high service standards, grooming, hygiene, and guest handling.
- Handle guest feedback and ensure quick resolution.
- Plan staff schedules, conduct briefings, and maintain discipline.
- Drive sales, upselling, and promotional activities.
- Monitor inventory, cost control, and daily reports.
- Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and engineering for smooth functioning.

Requirements:




- 3-5 years experience as Restaurant Manager/Assistant Manager/GM.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of restaurant operations, sales, and service.
- Well-groomed, confident, and able to manage a fast-paced outlet.
