Experience: 2-5 years in retail sales (preferably furniture, mattress, or consumer durables)

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and achieve monthly store targets
- Understand and explain mattress construction, foam types, ergonomics, and sleep‑related benefits
- Guide customers to the right product based on their needs
- Manage store operations, inventory, billing, and visual merchandising
- Maintain high standards of customer service and store hygiene
- Coordinate with HO for stock, promotions, and reporting

Requirements:
- Strong sales and communication skills
- Ability to quickly grasp product technicalities
- Experience in premium retail preferred
- Basic computer knowledge (billing, CRM, stock entry)
- Customer‑focused attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
