Role Overview

The Field Activation Specialist is a crucial role within Muzigal, assisting the Manager - Activation in executing field operations and ensuring a smooth activation process for new franchisees. This role involves on-site coordination,



adherence to activation checklists, and ensuring compliance with Muzigal's standards. The Field Activation Specialist will work closely with various teams to support the seamless onboarding and activation of franchise outlets.

Key Responsibilities

Field Activation: Execute field activation processes in compliance with the business commencement checklist. Ensure all necessary preparations are completed for the launch of new franchise outlets.

On-Site Coordination: Work on-site to manage and oversee the setup of recent franchise locations, ensuring that layouts and designs adhere to approved architectural guidelines and specifications.

Support Manager - Activation: Assist the Manager - Activation in coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure proactive communication and timely action.

Compliance and Standards: Ensure that all lookbook, accounts, IT standards, including billing hardware and
