Job Purpose:Sociology & GS Content Creation & Review, Evaluation & Review of Evaluation
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Making/Reviewing Questions & Reviewing Evaluation related to Sociology Optional & General Studies for UPSC Mains Examination.
Specific Knowledge & Skills
- They should have thorough knowledge of the UPSC CSE. They should understand the depth of the syllabus.
- Given at least two UPSC Mains/ one Interview.
- Masters In Sociology Preferred
Major KRA
- Identifying Trends and analyzing pattern of UPSC.
- Identifying topics and Types of Questions.
- Framing Questions meeting the standard and demand of the UPSC
- Preparing Detailed Answers for those questions
- Reviewing the answer:
Content enrichment, sticking to the structure, addressing the demand.
- Proofreading: emphasizing the key terms, eradicating editing mistakes, grammar correction.
- Finalizing the Paper: getting the paper in the print and online ready format
Qualification and Experience
Minimum Qualification
- They should have written at least 2 UPSC CSE Mains with Sociology as optional.
- They should have appeared for at least one interview in UPSC CSE.
Preferred/Additional Qualification
- Subject Experience of Sociology.
Relevant/Additional Experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and AI tools such as ChatGPT, Grok, Perplexity, etc.
