Outbound/Inbound Sales: Proactively call prospective leads or handle inbound calls to close sales.
- Relationship Management: Build sustainable relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call volume and revenue targets.
- Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of company products/services to make suitable recommendations.
- Database Management: Accurately record and update customer information, call notes, and transaction details in CRM systems.
- Handling Rejections: Maintain a skilled, polite, and persistent attitude when handling customer complaints or objections
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
