- Position Description
- The MIS & Analysis Associate is responsible for preparing, validating, and maintaining accurate MIS reports and analytical dashboards that support business decision‑making. The role involves managing large data sets, driving data quality, monitoring key performance metrics, and ensuring timely delivery of insights to senior management, branch teams, and central units. The position also plays a key role in audit support, data governance, and process automation to strengthen reporting efficiency.Key Responsibilities
- 1. MIS Reporting & Data Management
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for business and performance tracking.
- Consolidate data from multiple banking systems and ensure accuracy through validation and error‑checking.
- Maintain structured data logs for audit readiness and compliance.

2. Dashboarding & Analytics
- Generate dashboards and analytical summaries using Excel, Power BI/Tableau (basic level).
- Track key business metrics, analyze variances,



and highlight deviations for timely action.
- Support leadership with actionable insights and trend analysis.

3. Process Automation & Efficiency
- Automate recurring reports using advanced Excel formulas and macros (preferred).
- Streamline reporting workflows to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.

4. Business Coordination & Issue Resolution
- Liaise with branch teams, central functions, and business units to reconcile data discrepancies.
- Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive banking and customer data.
- Provide data support for business reviews, audits, and compliance checks.

5. Governance & Quality Assurance
- Follow standardized reporting processes and maintain documentation.
- Ensure adherence to data integrity standards and internal reporting guidelines.
