Role Overview

This is not a desk job.
This is not a content calendar job.

You are on-ground.
If something is happening in-store, it should be on stories _right now_.

What You’ll Do

1. Daily Stories (Non-Negotiable):
- Post Instagram stories every single day
- Capture real-time moments (rush hour, prep, customers, chaos)
- Speed > perfection

2. Content Capture:
- Shoot photos/videos on phone
- Focus on raw, engaging content
- Same-day posting only

3. On-Ground Activations:
- Execute and document activations (sampling, events, collabs)
- Capture content during peak hours
- Work closely with store team

4. Trend Instinct:
- Spot trends early
- Adapt them quick to our brand voice
- No copy-paste content

5. Coordination:




- Align with founders/team on launches, drops, experiments
- Make sure social reflects real-time activity

What We’re Looking For
- Based in Hyderabad (mandatory)
- Willing to be physically present in-store
- Fast execution mindset
- High consistency (daily output is non-negotiable)
- Strong Instagram instinct (especially stories)
- Comfortable shooting in public

Bonus
- Managed or grown a page before
- Basic editing skills (CapCut, InShot)
- Interest in food/startup culture

What This Is NOT
- Not a remote role
- Not a slow, aesthetic-only content job
- Not “post occasionally”

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
