An Electrical Supervisor on a construction site oversees all electrical installations, maintenance, and repair activities to ensure compliance with safety codes and project timelines. They manage teams of electricians, coordinate with contractors, inspect work quality, interpret blueprints, and handle troubleshooting, reporting directly to project managers.

Responsibilities
- Project Supervision & Coordination:Directs on-site electrical operations, assigning daily tasks to electricians and technicians to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Safety & Compliance:Ensures all work strictly adheres to safety regulations, electrical codes, and company policies, maintaining a secure, clean, and efficient site.
- Quality Inspection & Technical Troubleshooting:Inspects installations,



conducts troubleshooting of electrical systems, and diagnoses issues to implement solutions.
- Material & Resource Management:Monitors inventory, requests materials, and ensures proper deployment of resources to prevent downtime.
- Documentation & Reporting:Maintains records of completed tasks, creates technical reports, and processes paperwork like timesheets and material costs, often using management systems like MAXIMO, say Scribd users.
- Collaboration & Mentoring:Coordinates with site managers, engineers, and architects. Provides training and mentorship to junior staff and electricians.
