We’re Hiring: School Admission Telecaller

Are you confident on calls and enjoy interacting with people? We are looking for a dedicated Admission Telecaller to support our school’s admission process and connect with prospective parents.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to parents and respond to admission inquiries
- Provide accurate information about school programs, facilities, and admission procedures
- Follow up with leads and schedule school visits or counselling sessions
- Maintain records of calls and update the database regularly
- Support the admissions team in achieving enrollment targets

Requirements:
- Positive communication skills (Hindi/English; local language preferred)




- Pleasant voice and positive attitude
- Basic computer knowledge
- Experience in telecalling or customer service preferred (freshers can apply)
- Ability to handle targets and work in a team
