Job Title: Customer Relations Executive - Service

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers for vehicle service scheduling and follow-ups.
- Provide information on available service slots, maintenance packages, and offers.
- Confirm and remind customers about their scheduled appointments.
- Maintain and update customer records in the database.
- Address customer queries regarding service processes and escalate issues when required.
- Coordinate with the service department to ensure smooth scheduling and customer satisfaction.
- Gather customer feedback post-service and share insights with the team.

Requirements:
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Experience: 1-2 years in customer service, telecalling, or a similar role (preferably in the automobile industry).
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM software, etc.).
- Ability to multitask and manage schedules effectively.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
