Key Responsibilities:
- Thumbnail Design: Create visually stunning and effective thumbnails for YouTube videos.

- A/B Testing: Occasionally participate in A/B testing of thumbnails to gauge performance and make improvements for future designs.





Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a focus on digital media and thumbnail design (portfolio required).
- Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other relevant design software.
- Robust understanding of design principles such as composition, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and video-sharing sites (e.g., YouTube, Facebook, Instagram) and how thumbnails impact engagement.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented, creative, and able to adapt to varying content styles.
