Job Title: Counter Sales Associate - Snacks Exchange

Location: Saravanampatti, Coimbatore

Role Overview

The Counter Sales Associate ( food production and beverages) is responsible for managing customer interactions, handling orders, supporting snack and beverage service, and ensuring a smooth, fast, and hygienic experience at the counter.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and take snack & beverage orders
- Suggest menu items, combos, and offers
- Handle billing (Cash / UPI / Card) accurately
- Coordinate with kitchen/production for quick order delivery
- Assist in basic snack and beverage preparation (if required)
- Serve orders efficiently and maintain service speed
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the counter and service area
- Monitor and restock snacks,



ingredients, and beverages
- Handle customer queries and ensure satisfaction
- Support daily opening and closing activities

Required Skills:
- Good communication skills (Tamil preferred, basic English)
- Customer-friendly attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic billing/POS knowledge
- Teamwork and coordination
- Awareness of hygiene and food safety
