Position: Sr. Architect

Location: Kolkata, Science City, E.M Bypass

Industry: Real Estate / Construction

Experience: 10 to 15 years ex perience in residential/commercial real estate projects.

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) Diploma in Architect.

Salary: Best in Industry / Negotiable based on experience.

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare architectural designs, layouts, and construction drawings.

Develop concept plans as per client and management requirements.

Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior consultants.

Ensure project designs comply with local building codes and regulations.

Visit sites regularly to monitor construction progress and quality.

Review contractor drawings and material specifications.





Optimize space planning, functionality, and aesthetics.

Support project approvals from municipal and statutory authorities.

Manage timelines, budgets, and design changes.

Present design proposals to management when required.

Required Skills: Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, MS Office.

Valuable understanding of construction materials and methods.

Knowledge of sanction drawings and local approval processes.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.
