In office Management: Oversee all daily activities, ensuring contractors, carpenters, electricians, and painters are following the design specifications. Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure materials and workmanship meet the firm’s standards and the client's expectations. Timeline Oversight: Maintain the project schedule, identifying potential delays early and implementing solutions to keep the "handover" date on track. Material Coordination: Track inventory, verify deliveries for accuracy/damage, and ensure materials are used efficiently to minimize waste. Safety Compliance: Enforce health and safety protocols on-site to ensure a hazard-free work environment for all laborers and visitors. Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between the Design Team, Clients, and Vendors to resolve technical issues or design discrepancies.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
