Experience
- 2-5 Years

Monitor and control all quality parameters across production processes

Conduct testing of raw materials and finished products; maintain accurate records in Excel.

Oversee incoming material inspection and final dispatch quality checks.

Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions for in-process quality control.

Handle validation processes and change management activities.

Manage customer and supplier complaints, ensuring proper investigation and resolution

Ensure compliance with industry standards specific to non-woven fabric manufacturing.

Analyze quality data and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Robust knowledge of non-woven fabrics and manufacturing processes.

Good understanding of quality control tools and testing methods.

Proficiency in MS Excel for data tracking and reporting.

Effective communication and coordination skills.

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
