Role Description

This is a full time on-site role based in Kolkata for a Sales Assistant. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for assisting customers, ensuring they have a positive shopping experience, managing sales transactions, maintaining inventory records, and supporting the sales team. Additional responsibilities include organizing store displays, addressing customer queries, and contributing to achieving sales goals.

Qualifications




- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to build positive relationships with customers.
- Excellent Communication and Sales skills for engaging with customers and supporting transactions effectively.
- Highly organized with strong Organization Skills to manage inventory and help maintain a well-ordered retail environment.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Previous retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred.

Pay: ₹8,984.47 - ₹20,454.48 per month
