Responsible to ensure high degree of discipline in daily workings.
- Everyday schedule meeting with Tester, Quality, Store and dispatcher.
- Assign work to the team member against internal-external work order and record it.
- Follow up with team member and synchronize with assign works. Get feedback from each team members.
- Ensuring on-time product or project delivery through effective production planning and operations. Arrange work order material coordinate with Purchaser and Store Keeper.
- Identifying and solving production issues such as material shortages, machine malfunctions, and other manufacturing problems.
- Supervising production employees to ensure that production plans are executed.
- Conducting production reviews, analyzing relevant data, and developing improvement plans.
- Ensuring that manufacturing processes and products meet quality standards. Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure finished products meet required standards.
- Align production output with sales targets and maintain finished goods inventory at 120% of forecast




- Ensure manufacturing processes follow approved plans and SOPs
- Maintain accurate records of production outputs, raw material usage, and machine performance.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate production team members.
- Identify and implement process improvements to reduce waste and enhance productivity.
- Maintain processes with appropriate parameters as defined in the relevant standard operating procedure, work instruction and manual
- Maintain quality documentation and ensure proper inspection and identification of incoming, in-process, and outgoing products.
- Update finished product stock levels daily and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with the Sales team to ensure timely product deliveries; schedule meetings to discuss work orders and delivery plans.
- Prepare and present weekly dispatch reports to management.
- Provide support to the Development team during product releases and allocate appropriate
