Position: Line QA Engineer

Qualification:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BE Mech)

Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years in the automobile industry.

Core Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance (QA) / Quality Control (QC) and Quality Management Systems
- Hands-on experience with TPM / TQM methodologies
- Expertise in New Product Development (NPD) processes including:
- APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning)
- PPAP (Production Part Approval Process)
- FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)
- MSA (Measurement System Analysis)
- SPC (Statistical Process Control)

Quality Tools & Practices:
- Proficient in 7 QC Tools, Poka-Yoke, and Kaizen:
- Experience conducting Quality Training and participating in Quality Circles:
- Knowledge of CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) operations

Operational Experience:
- Understanding of customer requirements and specifications
- Risk analysis and mitigation planning




- Customer complaint handling and root cause analysis:
- Supplier Quality Assurance / Vendor Quality Management
- Inward inspection and quality checks

Process Knowledge:
- Familiarity with Casting, Forging, and Machining processes:
- Experience in:
- Process audits
- Dock audits
- Layout inspection
- Product audits

Standards & Compliance:
- Internal Auditor certification or experience in:
- IATF 16949
- ISO standards
- EOHS (Environment, Occupational Health & Safety)

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
