We are looking for a genuine digital native — someone who lives on Instagram, watches YouTube Shorts obsessively, follows trends in real time, and instinctively knows what content will land and what will flop. You will manage social media for our clients across platforms, coordinate with influencers, and bring fresh, Gen Z energy to everything you touch. If your friends already come to you for advice on growing their Instagram or you have built any kind of audience online — even a small one — we want to talk to you.

What You Will Do

Social Media Management
- Plan, create, and schedule content across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter/X for assigned clients
- Write captions, hooks, and post copies that are platform-native — what works on LinkedIn does not work on Instagram and you already know that
- Stay on top of trends, audio, formats, and algorithm changes across platforms and act on them quick
- Build and maintain monthly content calendars aligned to client goals and campaigns
- Monitor comments, DMs,



and mentions — engage authentically and flag anything that needs escalation
- Track page growth, reach, engagement rate, and other key metrics and report on them weekly

Reels & Short Form Video
- Ideate and script Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form video content
- Coordinate with the design or video team to brief and review content before it goes live
- Identify trending audio, formats, and challenges and adapt them for client brands quickly

LinkedIn & Twitter/X
- Manage LinkedIn pages and assist with personal branding content for founders or senior team members if required
- Write LinkedIn posts that balance professionalism with personality — not corporate fluff
- Manage Twitter/X presence — timely, witty, on-brand responses and original posts

Influencer Coordination
- Research and identify relevant influencers and creators across niches for client campaigns
- Reach out to influencers, ma
