Job Summary
We are looking for motivated Lead Filtering and Qualification Department Executive to handle first-level inbound and outbound calls. The role focuses on call filtering, lead screening, and basic information gathering, before transferring calls to senior executives.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective leads and answer inbound calls.
- Filter and qualify calls by identifying genuine leads.
- Gather and record basic information from callers.
- Transfer qualified calls to the appropriate department/senior counsellors.
- Maintain accurate call logs and update CRM records.
- Ensure professional communication and represent the company positively.
- Prior tele calling or BPO/voice process experience preferred (freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
- Excellent verbal communication in English and Malayalam (Hindi/Tamil/Telugu is a plus).
- Confident, polite, and patient phone etiquette.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Google Sheets).
