Telesales & Customer Support Executive (Mobility & CPaaS Services)

Job Overview

The role involves engaging with potential and existing customers over calls, promoting mobility and CPaaS solutions (such as SMS APIs, voice services, WhatsApp Business solutions), and ensuring excellent customer support. You’ll be responsible for both generating sales and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities Telesales
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote mobility and CPaaS solutions
- Explain services like bulk SMS, voice APIs, OTP solutions, and messaging platforms
- Identify customer needs and suggest suitable solutions
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Maintain call records and update CRM systems

Customer Support
- Resolve customer queries related to services, pricing, and technical issues
- Assist clients in onboarding and using CPaaS platforms
- Ensure timely issue resolution or escalate to technical teams when needed




- Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention

Required Skills:
- Robust communication and persuasion skills
- Basic understanding of telecom, SaaS, or CPaaS services
- Ability to handle objections and close sales
- Problem-solving mindset for customer support
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office
- Good listening skills and patience

Qualifications:
- Graduate in any field (Preferred: Business, Marketing)
- 0-3 years of experience in telesales, customer support, or telecom/SaaS industry
- Mobility services: Mobile communication solutions like SMS, voice, and app-based messaging

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
