We are looking for a sharp, hungry fresher who already knows their way around ad platforms, holds certifications to prove it, and more importantly — thinks. This is not a role where you follow a checklist and call it a day. We want someone with genuine presence of mind — someone who looks at a campaign, spots what is wrong, and fixes it before being told. You will work across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube Ads, handle client communication, and contribute to strategy from early on. Certifications matter here, but common sense and the ability to generate real results matter more.

What You Will Do

Campaign Execution
- Set up and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads
- Build campaign structures, audience segments, ad groups, and bidding strategies from scratch
- Write or brief ad copies and coordinate with the design team for creatives aligned to campaign goals
- Monitor campaigns daily — catch budget leaks, underperforming ads, and audience fatigue early
- Implement conversion tracking and ensure all campaigns are measuring the right things





Strategy & Optimization
- Think beyond just running ads — understand the client's business goal and work backwards to build the right campaign strategy
- Identify what is working, what is not, and make data-backed decisions to optimize performance
- Run A/B tests on creatives, copies, audiences, and landing pages and document learnings
- Use common sense as much as platform knowledge — if the numbers look off, investigate before reporting
- Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, current ad formats, and bidding strategies

Client Handling & Communication
- Prepare and present performance reports that go beyond vanity metrics and focus on actual business impact
- Handle basic client queries independently and escalate complex ones with full context
- Set realistic expectations with clients and communicate proactively when something needs attention
