Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via calls and guide them for registration on the portal
- Assist customers step-by-step in completing the registration process
- Make outbound calls to potential customers for sales and lead generation
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers
- Follow up with leads and convert them into successful registrations/sales
- Maintain records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal teams if required

Requirements:
- Positive communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Ability to handle both support and sales roles
- Confident in calling and interacting with customers
- Freshers can also apply

Working Hours:10 AM - 6 PM
