Job Title:
CA Inter / Semi-Qualified CA - Finance & MIS

Location:
Lucknow (On-site)

Experience Required:
1-3 Years

Key Responsibilities:
- Work on accounting using Tally / Zoho
- Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis
- Handle GST and basic Income Tax compliance
- Perform data reconciliation and cleanup
- Assist in financial reporting and dashboards

Preferred Background:
- Experience in a CA firm OR startup finance (MIS / FP&A; exposure)
- Strong knowledge of Excel and reporting tools

Mandatory Skills (Non-Negotiable):
- Good command over Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, basic dashboards)
- Experience handling messy data / data cleanup
- Exposure to client interaction or auditor queries
- Positive communication skills with ability to explain work clearly
