Job Description: Executive BOM Docket - Costing

Location: Ankurhati, Howraha

Reports To: Principal Lead - Design Costing

Experience: 4-5 years of experience in apparel costing, merchandising, BOM handling, and production

About the Role: Coordinate end-to-end PRELIM to FINAL BOM docket management, ensuring accurate data collation in collaboration with internal costing teams and cross-functional departments (IE, Design, Production, Embroidery).

Drive error-free BOM execution to support timely and precise costings across Samples, First PCs, Production, Barcodes, and Client Orders—minimizing cost loss, preventing material shortages, and optimizing overall costing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure BOM accuracy and alignment with approved samples, specifications, and costing sheets with no missing components
- Coordinate end-to-end BOM docket creation, checklist validation, and timely submission as per defined TAT
- Collate and manage PRELIM to FINAL BOM data across departments for fabric consumption, trims, cut & make, CNC, and embroidery




- Maintain comprehensive documentation including spec sheets, illustration sheets, size records, IMAGE BOMs, and material references
- Validate sample measurements against graded spec sheets and support accurate material consumption and costing inputs
- Enable seamless cross-functional coordination (IE, Design, Production, Embroidery) to ensure error-free BOMs, material readiness, and efficient handover of final dockets

Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Solid ability to collate, manage, and control BOMs and costing dockets with accuracy
- Sound knowledge of fabrics, trims, garment construction, and consumption calculation basics
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel and working knowledge of ERP/PLM systems
- Strong analytical, data management, and cross-functional coordination skills (merchandising, sourcing, production)
- Graduate/Diploma in Fashion Technology or Apparel Production
