- Manage the entire process of general insurance policy renewals from initial contact to final submission.
- Conduct telesales calls to existing clients to remind them about upcoming renewal dates and gather necessary information.
- Utilize Excel skills to track client interactions, update records, and generate reports on sales performance.
- Follow up with clients via phone or email to resolve any issues related to policy renewals.
Job Requirements :
- 1-9 years of experience in general insurance, life insurance, or a similar industry.
- Robust understanding of tele calling techniques and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications such as Excel for data management.
