Job DescriptionAbout the Role:
NThis is a high-visibilityrole sitting directly in the CEO’s Office at an EV manufacturing company. It sits at the intersection of finance, corporate development, and strategy.
N nWhat the role involves
NYou will work closely with senior leadership on:
N
n
Building and maintaining investor-grade financial models (P&L;, balance sheet, cash flow, unit economics) for fundraising, board reporting, and strategic decisions. N
Creating polished investor pitch decks and narratives that clearly explain growth strategy, margins, and competitive positioning. N
Supporting corporate development work: fundraising processes, evaluating potential M&A; or partnerships, and coordinating due diligence. N
Tracking company performance against financial and operating KPIs, then flagging risks and prospects to leadership. N
Working with Finance, Sales, and Supply Chain teams to turn operational data (costs, commodity prices, schemes, etc.) into board- and investor-ready insights. N
Preparing board materials,
investor updates, and ad-hoc strategic analyses (often on short notice). N
Driving special cross-functional projects assigned by the CEO’s office. N
n n Ideal candidate profile
N
n
Experience : 4–10 years combining finance and corporate development. Preferred background in investment banking, PE/VC funds, or late-stage growth startups (Series C+). Exposure to fundraising, board reporting, or M&A; is a solid plus. N
Skills : Solid financial modeling from scratch, polished deck-building, working knowledge of accounting standards (Ind AS/IFRS/GAAP), sharp analytical skills, excellent communication, and high ownership/discretion (you’ll handle sensitive matters close to leadership). N
Qualifications : Qualified CA (Chartered Accountant);
Advanced Excel/financial modeling is required;
SAP/ERP familiarity is a plus. N
