About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate should have a valuable understanding of short-form video content and be able to create engaging videos for social media, advertisements, and digital marketing campaigns.

The candidate should have a valuable sense of hooks, pacing, transitions, captions, storytelling, and audience retention, with the ability to edit videos according to different brands, platforms, and campaign objectives.

Responsibilities
Edit engaging Reels, short-form videos, video ads, promotional videos, and social media content for multiple clients.
Edit videos according to each brand’s tone, target audience, and marketing objectives.
Add captions, text, transitions, effects, music, sound effects, and other elements to improve video quality and engagement.
Repurpose existing footage and content into engaging short-form videos for social media.
Work closely with the content, marketing, and creative teams to understand concepts and execute video requirements.




Follow current Reels, short-form video, and social media trends and apply relevant formats and editing styles.
Make revisions based on feedback while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications
Experience working with a digital marketing agency, social media agency, or similar environment will be preferred.
Good understanding of short-form content, especially Instagram Reels and video advertisements.
Must be able to understand and communicate in Gujarati, English, and Hindi.
Positive creative sense and attention to detail.
Ability to understand creative briefs and convert ideas into engaging videos.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills
Proficiency in CapCut will be given priority.
Candidates with experience in Adobe Premiere Pro are also welcome.
