Position: Accounts Executive
Location: Head Office, Jaipur
Reports To: Senior Accounts Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our finance team. This role requires a robust understanding of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Banking & Payments:
○ Process and manage daily banking transactions, including payments and receipts.

○ Ensure timely payments to vendors, clients, and suppliers as per agreed terms.

○ Coordinate with banks for various financial transactions and ensure smooth payment processes.
- Vendor Management:
○ Maintain accurate records of vendor accounts and ensure timely and accurate payments.

○ Communicate with vendors regarding payment schedules, issues, or discrepancies.

○ Ensure that all vendor invoices are recorded and paid in accordance with company policies.
- Reconciliation:
○ Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions,



and vendor statements with the company's records.

○ Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial data and ensure that all records are accurate and up-to-date.

○ Prepare and maintain monthly reconciliation reports for internal review.
- Accounts Data Reporting:
○ Generate and prepare monthly financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

○ Assist in preparing financial reports for management and ensure that data is accurate and timely.

○ Provide any ad-hoc reports as required by senior management or other departments.
- Other Duties:
○ Maintain proper filing and organization of financial records and documents.

○ Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.

○ Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and regulations.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
