Job Title: Welder cum Fabricator
Location: UAIL Site, Tikiri, Rayagada (Odisha)
Experience: 2-5 Years

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform welding activities (ARC, MIG, TIG) as per requirement
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions
- Fabricate metal structures, pipelines, and equipment components
- Carry out cutting, grinding, and finishing work
- Repair and maintain machinery and structural components
- Ensure proper alignment, fitting, and assembly of fabricated parts
- Follow safety standards and use PPE at all times
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
- Coordinate with supervisors and team members for timely completion of tasks

Required Skills:
- Knowledge of different welding techniques (ARC/MIG/TIG)
- Ability to read fabrication drawings
- Good understanding of fabrication tools and equipment




- Basic knowledge of industrial safety practices
- Ability to work in shifts and under pressure

Qualification:
- ITI in Welder/Fitter or equivalent
- Certification in welding will be an added advantage

Preferred Industry Experience:
- Steel Plant / Power Plant / Cement Industry / Heavy Engineering / Projects

Salary:
- ₹18,000 - ₹23,000 per month (depending on experience & skills)
