Job Title: Reel Editor & Shooter cum Social Media Marketing Executive

Job Summary:
You will be responsible for creating high-quality reels, capturing brand stories through video, and supporting social media growth through consistent and creative content.

Key Responsibilities:
- Shoot high-quality videos/reels for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
- Edit engaging short-form videos with trending styles, effects, and music
- Plan and execute creative content ideas aligned with brand goals
- Manage basic social media posting, captions, and scheduling
- Stay updated with latest social media trends and reel formats
- Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign execution
- Create basic graphics/designs for posts, stories, and ads

Requirements:
- Proven experience in video shooting and reel editing




- Proficiency in tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar
- Basic knowledge of social media marketing and platform algorithms
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to handle end-to-end content creation independently

Preferred:
- Experience managing brand social media accounts
- Understanding of content performance metrics and insights

Job Types: Permanent, Fresher
