Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients/customers (minimum 70-100 calls per day).
- Explain products/services clearly and persuasively.
- Maintain call records and update CRM/Excel sheets regularly.
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication.
- Support the team in achieving daily/weekly targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum Graduate (any stream).
- Robust verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Confidence, patience, and ability to handle client queries.
- Freshers preferred.
