Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with leads generated through digital marketing, campaigns, and referrals.
- Counsel students and working professionals about AI, English speaking, and skill development courses.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable courses.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and conversions in CRM.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing students.
- Handle objections and provide proper guidance to close sales.




- Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams for smooth onboarding.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in EdTech sales or course counseling (preferred).
- Robust communication and convincing skills (Hindi & English).
- Target-oriented with a passion for sales.
- Basic knowledge of AI courses and skill development programs (training will be provided).
- Comfortable with telecalling and face-to-face counseling.
