We are looking for a Bakery Assistant/ Helper at Back to Source.

Location: Chandigarh
Experience: 0-3 Years
Joining: Immediate Joiner Required

Job Responsibilities:
- Operate and manage the softy/soft-serve machine efficiently.
- Prepare softy mix as per standard recipe and company guidelines.
- Ensure consistent taste, texture, and presentation of the product.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the machine and work area.
- Perform regular cleaning, sanitization, and basic maintenance of the machine.
- Assist in preparation and baking of various breads (white bread, brown bread, multigrain, buns, pav, etc.).
- Support in hot section items such as patties, sandwiches, pizza base preparation, fillings,



and other baked savory items.
- Follow standard recipes and portion control as directed by senior chefs.
- Prepare ingredients (kneading, mixing, cutting, shaping, proofing).
- Monitor oven temperature and baking timings.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen, equipment, and storage areas.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
