Role Overview

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, initiating conversations with potential designer brands, setting up high-quality demos for the senior sales team and coordination for sales closure.

You will play a key role in driving pipeline growth and positioning Pretture as a premium technology partner for luxury fashion businesses.

Key Responsibilities

1️ Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and research potential luxury fashion brands
- Build prospect lists through online research and social platforms
- Maintain updated lead data in CRM

2️ Outreach & Qualification
- Understand brand size, operations, pain points, and readiness for ERP




- Qualify leads based on defined ICP criteria and followup
- Schedule product demos with the Senior Sales Team

3️ Proposal & Follow-up Coordination
- Share approved commercial proposals
- Clearly explain pricing and scope based on client inputs
- Follow up regularly to support client decision-making
- Assist in closing conversations
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales / inside sales / lead generation
- Solid written and verbal English communication skills
- Confident in speaking with founders and premium brands
- Organized and process-driven
- Comfortable with targets and performance-based incentives
- Passion for fashion / luxury / startup ecosystem is a plus

Compensation Structure
- Fixed Salary + Performance-based incentives
