Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze source systems and understand data structures, relationships, and dependencies.
- Design and develop ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
- Perform data migration from legacy systems to new platforms (on-prem / cloud).
- Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts for data extraction.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, validation, and reconciliation post-migration.
- Handle incremental and full data loads with proper logging and error handling.
- Prepare migration run-books, technical documentation, and status reports.
- Identify and resolve data issues, performance bottlenecks, and migration failures.
- Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and audit requirements.

Required Technical Skills
- Strong experience in ETL tools (Informatica, Talend, DataStage, SSIS, or similar).
- Excellent knowledge of SQL / PL-SQL / T-SQL.
- Hands-on experience with data migration and extraction projects.
- Experience with RDBMS: Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL.




- Understanding of data warehousing concepts.
- Putty Data Uploading
- Experience in handling large data volumes and performance tuning.
- Knowledge of Unix/Linux shell scripting (preferred).
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

Domain Experience (preferred)
- Banking / Financial Services
