THE ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for all open positions across G2W — including Immigration Consultants, Telecallers, Territory Managers,



Branch Managers, Operations staff, and support roles
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads and founders
- Conduct walk-in interview drives at the Chhatarpur office on designated days

Onboarding & Documentation
- Ensure smooth onboarding experience for all new joiners
- Maintain employee records, offer letters, agreements, and HR files accurately

HR Operations Support
- Maintain and update recruitment tracker on a daily basis
- Track attendance, leaves, and basic HR MIS for the branch
- Assist in drafting job descriptions, HR communications, and internal notices
- Support performance review coordination and employee engagement activities
- Handle basic employee queries related to HR policies, leaves, and documentation

Employer Branding Support
- Assist in posting job ads on LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, and social media
- Help maintain G2W's employer brand presence on job porta
