Position: Construction Monitoring & Evaluation Expert

Job Location: Arunachal Pradesh, India

Role Objective

To oversee and evaluate construction activities, ensuring adherence to approved designs, project timelines, quality standards, safety norms, and contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities- Monitor and evaluate construction progress against approved schedules and milestones.- Review contractor performance, methodologies, and deployment of resources.- Ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality assurance procedures, and safety standards.- Identify delays, risks, and performance gaps, and recommend corrective actions.- Prepare periodic monitoring reports, progress assessments, and evaluation summaries.- Coordinate with international consultants, contractors,



and client representatives.- Support project management in decision-making through data-driven analysis and reporting.

Qualification & Experience- Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.- Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in construction monitoring, supervision, or evaluation of large infrastructure projects.- Experience in dam / hydropower projects is preferred.- Robust knowledge of project scheduling tools, progress tracking, and performance evaluation systems.- Excellent reporting, analytical, and coordination skills.
