Position: Junior Purchase Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and purchasing of raw materials, components, and consumables
- Communicate with suppliers for quotations and price comparisons
- Prepare purchase orders and maintain purchase records
- Follow up with vendors for timely delivery
- Coordinate with stores and accounts department




- Maintain proper documentation and inventory records

Eligibility:
- Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration / Mechanical background preferred
- Strong knowledge of SAP, ERP, MS Excel and MS Office
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Robust organizational ability and attention to detail
- 2 to 3 years of experience in purchase or stores preferred
