- continued education and obtaining the co-operation and commitment of
- safety culture; ensure all activities on site are carried out in accordance
- with HSE & quality policies and systems.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of operating systems/ standards and provide
- feedback to Management team

- Technical
- project management - lead and manage all kind of technical projects of the

- BOPEX planning to ensure on time and
- within budget
- implementation; participate in the continuous improvement programme (BOPEX)
- and in the Group's industrial projects.
- Build and follow a preventive maintenance plan, continuously improving by implementing
- recommendations of corrective and preventive actions.Primary internal and external contact
- for all engineering and operational issues
- Manage purchases of technical equipment and evaluate suppliers
- Ensure Operational readiness for customer audits and technical reviews; participate in customer
- audits and technical reviews
