Cowshed Manager - Short Job Description

Location: Nagpur
Department: Dairy Farm Operations
Reporting To: Farm Head / Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily cowshed operations and cleanliness.
- Monitor cow health, feeding, watering, and comfort.
- Coordinate vaccinations, treatments, and veterinary visits.
- Supervise milking operations and hygiene standards.
- Maintain milk production, breeding, health, and inventory records.
- Handle ERP/software data entry and reporting.
- Supervise workers and assign daily duties.

Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Dairy Technology, Animal Husbandry, Agriculture, Veterinary Science, or related field.
- 1-4 years of dairy farm or cowshed management experience.
- Knowledge of cattle care, nutrition, and farm operations.
- Basic computer, Excel, and ERP/software handling skills.
- Valuable leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
