About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Technical Architect to lead end-to-end solution design on the Salesforce platform. The role requires strong architectural expertise, hands-on technical leadership, and the ability to design scalable enterprise solutions across Sales, Service, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities
- Own overall Salesforce technical architecture and solution design
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure solutions
- Define data model, security architecture, and integration patterns
- Lead design for Apex, LWC, Flows, and platform configurations
- Architect integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party systems
- Ensure platform governance, performance optimization, and best practices
- Mentor developers and conduct design/code reviews
- Support release planning, CI/CD strategy, and deployment governance
- Collaborate with stakeholders,

Required Skills:
- 8+ years of CRM implementation experience with strong Salesforce expertise
- Deep knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Flows
- Strong experience in system integrations and API-led architecture
- Expertise in data modeling, security, and sharing rules
- Experience designing enterprise-scale cloud solutions
- Solid understanding of SDLC, DevOps, and release management
- Ability to lead technical discussions and guide large teams

Good to Have
- Experience in Financial Services / Lending domain
- Knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud
- Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps pipelines
- Salesforce certifications (Application/System Architect preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹200,000.00 per year
