Phlebotomist's primary responsibility is drawing blood from patients for medical testing, analysis, or donation. They are skilled healthcare professionals who ensure accurate sample collection, labeling, and preparation for transport to laboratories. Beyond technical skills, phlebotomists also play a role in patient education and comfort, addressing any concerns related to the blood draw process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Blood Collection: Performing venipuncture (drawing blood from a vein) or fingersticks to collect blood samples.
- Patient Preparation: Explaining the procedure to patients, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their comfort.
- Sample Handling: Properly labeling blood vials, preparing specimens for transport, and ensuring accurate matching to patient information.
- Equipment Maintenance:



Sterilizing and maintaining equipment used for blood collection.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate patient records related to blood draws.
- Safety and Hygiene: Adhering to strict safety and hygiene protocols to prevent contamination and infections.
- Communication: Effectively communicating with patients and other healthcare professionals.
- Machine Handling: Proper Machine Handling as per Company Guidelines

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
