The Role: Lead I, Software Development/Engineering

The Team:
- As a member of the EDO, Collection Platforms & AI - Foundational Data & Linking team, you will be at the heart of our data-driven strategy. You will build and maintain enterprise-scale data processing pipelines that power our critical data sourcing, information retrieval, and machine learning solutions. Responsibilities and Impact:
- AI & Innovation: Spearhead traditional AI and GenAI initiatives. Leverage tools like GitHub Copilot to improve development speed, code quality, and time-to-market.
- Complex Problem Solving: Manage and optimize existing solutions. Solve highly complex architectural problems by weighing costs,



advantages, and long-term scalability.
- Operations & Reliability: Troubleshoot and debug complex code and cloud infrastructure issues to guarantee system reliability and high availability.
- Technical Leadership & Collaboration: Provide hands-on guidance, conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and closely collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders through excellent documentation and clear communication.

What We’re Looking For:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or Data Science roles.

Core Technical Skills:
- Programming & Databases: Expert-level proficiency in Python, SQL, and PostgreSQL.
- Cloud-Native & Infrastructure: Strong hands-on experience with Cloud platforms (AWS preferred, Azure, or GCP
