Oversight review of annual, semiannual, tailored shareholder's report and quarterly financial reports,



and other internal and external reports for Mutual Funds, Life and Annuity Products, and Collective Funds, which include financial statements, notes to the financial statements, financial highlights. Provide supervision to the team, including leading, coaching, and mentoring. Also, be responsible for work allocation/management among team members and their performance management.

Key Responsibilities

Oversight review of annual, semi-annual, and quarterly financial reports, which includes tailored shareholder report, financial statements, notes to the financial statements, financial highlights, and portfolio of investments. Validate financial information for accuracy and analysis of various financial relationships. Review various control roll forwards, reconciliations, and other supporting documentation.

High level review of reports/ filings, such as Forms 24f-2, N-MFP, N-CSR/CPO-PQR, NFA, that a
