We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Team Lead - US Taxation to manage tax compliance, review filings, and lead a team in delivering high-quality services to clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Review preparation and filing of Forms 1040, 1120, and 1065 for individuals, corporations, and partnerships
- Manage end-to-end tax compliance, including data gathering, analysis, and filings
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of federal and state tax returns
- Provide basic tax planning support and identify optimization opportunities
- Act as a point of contact for client queries and tax notices




- Mentor and guide junior team members; review their work for quality
- Stay updated on US tax laws and ensure compliance
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery

Qualifications
- CA / CPA / Inter CA

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in US Taxation
- Hands-on experience with Forms 1040, 1120, and 1065
- Robust understanding of federal and state tax regulations
- Experience with tax software and MS Excel
- Good client communication and team handling skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities
