Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in API manufacturing processes as per Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR).
- Handle reactors, centrifuges, dryers, and other production equipment.
- Monitor reaction parameters such as temperature, pressure, and pH.
- Maintain proper documentation as per GMP guidelines.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Perform in-process checks and coordinate with QC and QA departments.
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the production area.
- Support scale-up activities and technology transfer processes.
- Report deviations and abnormalities to the reporting manager.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of organic chemistry and chemical reactions.
- Basic understanding of GMP, cGMP, and safety practices.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in shifts.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.
