Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and translate them into intuitive user experiences.
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Maintain design consistency through style guides and design systems.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.
- Work on multiple client projects in a fast-paced service environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of skilled experience in UI/UX design.
- Prior experience in a service-based IT company is mandatory/preferred.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and modern design projects.
- Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.
- Strong understanding of responsive design, usability principles, and accessibility standards.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development processes is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Highly creative with strong visual design sense.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to understand diverse client requirements.
