About Travel Hands

Travel Hands is an award-winning social impact organisation connecting Visually Impaired People (VIPs) with trained sighted volunteers to support secure and accessible journeys across the community. We are building a movement around accessibility, inclusion, and technology-enabled mobility support.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a creative, proactive, and digitally savvy Digital Marketing Executive to lead and manage our digital marketing and social media activities across multiple platforms. We are now entering a growth phase focused on AI agents, automation, strategic partnerships, and scalable infrastructure.

We have delivered 1,500+ assisted journeys and supported 400+ VIPs. Our work has been supported or partnered with organisations including the European Space Agency, UK Space Agency, Macmillan Cancer Support, Motability Foundation, and corporate collaborators such as JPMorgan Chase, Sainsbury’s, and Imperial College London.

Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Executive will manage Travel Hands’ digital presence through engaging storytelling,



social media campaigns, video content, SEO, newsletters, and community engagement.

Experience using AI-powered creative tools and social media management platforms will be highly beneficial.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Social Media Management
- Plan and manage content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and blogs
- Research trends, viral formats, awareness days, and audience behaviour
- Create reels, carousel posts, graphics, captions, hashtags, and CTAs
- Develop awareness, engagement, and community-focused campaigns
- Schedule and publish content across platforms

Video Editing & Creative Production
- Edit reels and short-form videos
- Add subtitles, overlays, transitions, and branding
- Create visual storytelling content using AI tools where needed
- Design graphics, carousels, and infographics

SEO, Blogs & Newsletters
- Conduct keyword research and SEO optimisation
