Key Responsibilities:
Core Accounting & Financial Reporting:
Preparation of Financial Statements: Assisting in the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, including the balance sheet, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements, in compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Bookkeeping and Record Maintenance: Overseeing the maintenance of accurate and complete financial records and general ledgers, ensuring all transactions (purchases, sales, receipts, payments) are documented correctly.

Account Reconciliation: Conducting rigorous reconciliation of various accounts, such as bank statements and accounts payable/receivable, to identify and resolve discrepancies.

Taxation and Compliance

Tax Management: Managing direct and indirect tax filings and compliance, including Income Tax and GST returns, TDS payments and returns.

Regulatory Adherence: Ensuring all company financial activities comply with local, state, and central government regulations and corporate laws, including MCA (Ministry of Corporate Affairs) compliances.





Liaison with Authorities: Assisting in liaising with government bodies and tax authorities and preparing responses to official notices.

Auditing and Risk Management

Internal Audit: Conducting internal audits of financial processes and controls to ensure efficiency, identify risks, and recommend improvements to management.

External Audit Cooperation: Cooperating with external auditors and providing necessary documentation and clarification for the annual statutory and tax audits.

Risk Assessment: Monitoring financial activities to identify potential risks (e.g., fraud, losses) and developing strategies or internal controls to mitigate them.

Financial Planning

Budgeting and Forecasting: Assisting in the preparation, review, and presentation of budgets and financial forecasts to help management make data-driven decisions.
